Duncans Mills is located on the banks of the Russian River on River Road (Hwy 116) between Guerneville and Jenner. The town spans both sides of River Road approximately 25 miles west of Santa Rosa, 8 miles West of Guerneville, and 8 miles inland from Pacific Coast Hwy 1 and the Sonoma Coast town of Jenner.
